We will use an existing formations company such as 1st Formations, Rapid Formations & BusinessAssist to legally register a company, you sit back while we complete all the setup and verification required. There are multiple packages and options for this product so please pay close attention when filling out the order form.

We may use an address of your own to register the company too, or we can use a registered virtual office based in London, you may select which on the order form.

Once we have registered the company and verified the director, The account is entirely in your hands. We will not further manage or maintain it. It will be your duty to ensure the paperwork is filed for the company each year if you wish to keep it active.
