Shipping & Delivery
Processing time is on average 1 week but please allow up to 10 working days for us to produce and dispatch your order. You will receive and email once your payment has been confirmed, then a further email once the product has been dispatched.
We ship all domestic products via Royal Mail 1st Class, this service is free and takes 3-5 working days. Additionally we can send your order via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked for an extra £3.99. Products sent internationally are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and take 7-10 working days. Pricing for this service varies on the destination country.
We do not provide tracking information for products sent 1st Class Royal Mail. For any products that we sent 24 Hour Tracked in the UK, we will only usually provide a tracking number after 2-3 days of unsuccessful delivery, this is for our own anonymity. All products sent internationally will include the tracking number in the dispatch email.
